TOPOGRAPHY

     The highest portion of the municipality is found at Mount Pinukis within barangay Duelic with an elevation of 1,532 meters above sea level. The second highest mountain is the Mount Sugar Loaf with an elevation of 1,300 meters above sea level and still within the so called Pinukis mountain ranges. Other peaks within the ranges are also equal in elevation, the rest are varying from 1,000 meters above sea level to below. For Barangays considered as uplands, the elevation varies from 400 to 600 meters above sea level. Low-lying barangays include Poblacion A, Poblacion B and other barangays which are within the 300 to 400 meters above sea level range of elevation.
