The Barangay Emergency Response Team of Barangay Lumponid is shown responding to crisis situation.  A huge tree, presumably cut earlier, was swept downstream in the flash flood from a highland location and got stuck in the spillway at barangay Lumponid.   Given its size, the huge blockage causes the river water overflowing unto the road and motor vehicles could not pass through the spillway.  Thanks to the instant response of Lumponid BERT, the situation was solved in record time.
