The Barangay Emergency Response Team of Barangay Lumponid is shown responding to crisis situation. A huge tree, presumably cut earlier, was swept downstream in the flash flood from a highland location and got stuck in the spillway at barangay Lumponid. Given its size, the huge blockage causes the river water overflowing unto the road and continue reading : BERT in Action..!!
